Return Policy

Refunds:  We truly value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return an item, we will issue a full refund (less shipping charges) provided the item is in new, unused condition with original packaging. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please include a copy of your packing slip or your order number and name and address along a list of the item(s) being returned.

Exchanges:  If you wish to receive an item in exchange for a returned item of equal value, please include a copy of your packing slip or your order number and name and address along a list of the item(s) being returned and a description of the item(s) you would like in exchange. We will ship the replacement item(s) free of charge once we receive your return. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:  If your order contains incorrect or damaged items or items are missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

We do not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or due to damage by a shipping carrier. Send all returns to:
